State Council Service Program Matrix

2012 - 2013

Council Service Program matrix reports are due twice each year on October 31 and April 1. They are completed by the District Deputy with input from the Council Officers and then the District Deputy submits the form into the State Advocate. Grand Knights should retain a copy for their council records. These reports are unique to your division so make sure you complete the correct report. These downloads are Excel files that have been compiled so the totals will be added for you. Down load the correct form and save it on your computer then you can load it and enter the required information and print it out . Note there is a different form for each half of the year.
