2008 Convention Delegate/Alternate Credential Form

At your Council’s March Business meeting, you should hold your election of delegates and alternates to the North Carolina Knights of Columbus State Convention. Immediately after this election, the results need to be documented and send to the State Secretary by April 2. You can use either this form or US mail. All delegates and alternates must be elected by the council membership. NOTE: The Grand Knight is automatically Delegate #1 unless unable to attend. If using US Mail, complete the form, and mail it to: Dave Jones– State Secretary Convention Credentials 4838 Butterwick Ln Charlotte, NC 28212-8521 In either case a second signed copy MUST be turned in at the Convention when you register. You must include any changes made since the first copy. The Credentials Committee will be available Friday night for registration.
