In recognition of his many outstanding accomplishments,
Sir Knight Edward D. Blizard Jr.

is enthusiastically awarded Senator Albert J Ellis Assembly’s Sir Knight of the Month for the month of January 2010. On his own initiative, Sir Knight Edward developed, coordinated, and directed an innovative fund-raiser that sold coupon books for local goods and services. Seeing this as a good opportunity to bolster the budget, Sir Knight Edward met with the local area coordinator for the books, then implemented a sales plan over a two-month period. Due to his drive and determination, the assembly raised enough funds to support a Seminarian this year through the RSVP program. His dedication to the Order, his Assembly, and his fellow Knights, along with his commitment to Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Pa-triotism, make Sir Knight Edward D. Blizard Jr. truly deserving of this award.

Sir Knight of the Month
Sir Knight Rob is a Past Faithful Navigator and is currently serving as a member of the Assembly's Color Guard where he is always willing to participate, no matter the circumstances.
All we have to do is to let him know that we have a requirement and he is one of the first Sir Knights there. His dedication to the order and his brother Sir Knights was most recently evidenced by his return from a trip to Alaska at 2:00 AM and his appearance in full regalia for a demon-stration at 9:00 AM that very morning.
His dedication to the Order, his Assembly, and his fellow Knights, along with his commitment to Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism make Sir Knight Rob Wetzel truly deserving of this award.
