Council Service Program reports are due twice each year on March 31 and October 30. They are completed by the Grand Knight and District Deputy and then the District Deputy turns them into the State Advocate.  Grand Knights should retain a copy for their council records.  These reports are unique to your division so make sure you complete the correct report.  These downloads are Excel files that have been compiled so the totals will be added for you. Down load the correct division form and save it on your computer then you can load it and enter the required information and print it out each time the report is due.
